Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 4th Annual PossumFest on Main Street in Cumberland, KY.
We’d love to have you join us on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025!
Please fill out the application form below if you are a craft, commercial, non-profit, or food vendor. You also can pick up paper applications at Willing Hearts, 503 Main Street, Cumberland, KY 40823 (check store hours at Willing Hearts) or request by email at ThePossumFest@gmail.com.

Vendor Information:
BOOTH SPACE: Booth spaces are exactly 10’ x 10‘ (or 10’x20’ for food vendors). If you require more room, you’ll need to purchase additional booth space. For Example: If your craft booth is 10‘x16’ you’d need to purchase TWO spaces which would give you 10’x20’ total.
NOT PROVIDED: Tables/Chairs/Tents/Weights/extension cords will NOT be provided.
WEIGHTS & WIND: It is the responsibility of each applicant to provide proper weights. This is an outside event and subject to sudden changes in weather and strong, sudden gusts of wind. PossumFest is not liable for damages to person or property for any ill secured tent/booth setup.
DUMPING: There will be NO dumping of grease or oil after PossumFest ends. Doing so will result in a fine and public shaming.
VENDOR LIMITS: There are vendor limits on some items. These will be posted as reached.
WEATHER: PossumFest is an outdoor festival and will be held regardless of rain, sleet, snow, or sunshine.
REFUNDS: NO refunds available due to festival expenses.
TAXES: In accordance with Kentucky state law, all vendors are required to pay KY sales tax, which is 6%.
SETUP: Vendor setup will be Saturday morning, Sept. 6, 2025, with exact details, time, and locations announced prior to event. (Food vendors ONLY can setup Friday night and serve at our pre-festival kickoff celebration.)

All applications are subject to review by the PossumFest Committee and may be refused for any reason. There are vendor limits on some items.
IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED, you will receive an acceptance letter with an invoice from “Tri-Cities Heritage Development.” IF YOUR INVOICE IS NOT PAID BY THE DEADLINE, YOUR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE.
